If you’re a new client interested in working together, the first step is to either book a complimentary 15-20 minute meet and greet (in-person or over the phone) or email me a brief description of your nutrition concerns and goals. I want to be sure I specialize in what you’re looking for before you schedule an appointment.

If you prefer, you can call 206-673-4700 or email me to schedule. After the first appointment, we can also schedule follow-ups at the end of our appointments or recurring appointments (e.g. every week, every other week, monthly) to ensure your preferred time.

Please bring your filled out New Client Registration & Assessment Forms with you (or email or fax them to me before we meet).

Once you arrive, take the elevators or stairs up to the fourth floor. My office is the first one on the right. If my office door is closed, have a seat near the elevators; I’m likely in session with another client, and will greet you at our appointment time. Look forward to meeting you!
