Work with Me

One-on-One Coaching

I see clients on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, with appointments starting 9a to 3p. I offer both telehealth and in-person appointments.

To get started, you can email me (mh@mindfulnutritionseattle.com) a brief description of your nutritional concerns and goals and/or ask to schedule a free 15-20 min Q&A call. I’ll reply back within 48 business hours. I want to be sure I’m a good fit for what you need. If I’m not a good fit or if my practice is currently full, I’ll send you names of trusted colleagues.
